Former international David Hussey is stepping down as Victoriaโs head of male cricket after four years in the job.
Hussey departs after overseeing a strong period for the menโs state team in which they made three Sheffield Shield finals and a national one-day final, albeit without lifting the title.
Under his watch, the Vics have uncovered young stars Ollie Peake and Campbell Kellaway, who have been touted as future Australian representatives.
Victoria topped the Shield table last season only to lose the final to South Australia at the Junction Oval.
Hussey is expected to remain involved with Cricket Victoria.
