Patrick Kisnorbo has welcomed the reaction from two of Sydney FCโs highest-profile recruits after benching Victor Campuzano and Pierro Quispe for his first game in charge.
Spanish striker Campuzano and Peruvian playmaker Quispe were consigned to substitute cameos in last weekโs 0-0 A-League Men draw with Brisbane Roar.
Both Campuzano, who has just four goals all season and hasnโt scored since January, and Quispe have flattered to deceive for Sydney this season.
Kisnorbo, whose side travel to face Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday where a win can strengthen the Sky Bluesโ hopes of a top-six finish, said he had been encouraged by how the pair had responded to their axing.
